Dream Code Digital designs and builds websites, e-shops with a management system, social media management, mobile applications and custom SaaS platforms. The exact scope, timeline and price of any project are agreed in writing before work begins.
2. Quotes & payment
Project quotes are based on the requirements you share with us. Payment terms are agreed per project. Additional work outside the agreed scope may affect the price and timeline.
3. Your content
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any text, images or material you provide for your project. We treat all material you share as confidential.
4. Intellectual property
Once a project is fully paid, ownership of the final delivered work passes to you. We may showcase the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
5. Liability
We take great care in our work, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of third-party platforms or hosting. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
